An associate in the Corporate Department, Pedram Moussavi is a member of the Private Funds Group. Pedram focuses his practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, pledge funds, direct investment vehicles and customized private investment funds with respect to a range of U.S. and non-U.S. investors. Pedram also advises large family offices on their operations and compliance matters.

Pedram also represents private funds, fund sponsors and family offices on their “upper tier” arrangements, regulatory issues and investing activities.
