Robert Pollack is an associate in the Litigation Department whose practice focuses on complex litigation and internal investigations. His experience includes federal and state litigations at the trial and appellate levels, commercial arbitration, and internal and regulatory investigations, and he has advised clients on a wide range of issues, from complex commercial disputes to criminal matters. Robert maintains an active pro bono practice.
In law school, Robert was a senior executive editor of the New York University Law Review and a student fellow at NYU’s Center on the Administration of Criminal Law. He interned in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, in the civil and criminal divisions of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and at the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Robert was a public school teacher for six years.
