An associate in the Corporate Department and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, Sarah Chen focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. She regularly advises public and private clients, private equity firms and investors on mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures, restructurings and equity investments, and corporate governance issues. Sarah has significant experience in a broad range of industries, including technology, software, automotive, retail, manufacturing, fintech, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
At law school, Sarah was a member of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Sarah practiced law in the New York office of an international law firm and served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Debra Ann Livingston of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
