An associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group, Stacie Fahsel has represented clients in complex civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts. She has briefed cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and various federal courts of appeals on a wide range of subjects, including securities, antitrust, arbitration, copyright, federal procedure and administrative law. Stacie has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Stacie clerked for Judge Harris Hartz on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She graduated from Harvard Law School in 2014, where she was a Senior Technical Editor on the Harvard Law and Policy Review and a teaching assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course as a member of the Board of Student Advisers.
