An associate in the Tax Department, Willie Roth regularly advises corporate, private equity and investment fund clients on U.S. tax matters, including in connection with domestic and cross-border taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, bank financing arrangements, strategic investments, partnerships and joint ventures, securities offerings, restructurings, bankruptcies and reorganizations. Willie’s practice also includes advising investment funds on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds.
