    • PCI Pharma Services in its acquisition of Lyophilization Services of New England, Inc. from Permira
    • its acquisition of Interstate Hotels & Resorts from Thayer Lodging and Jin Jiang International Hotels and eventual merger with Aimbridge Hospitality
    • Interstate Hotels & Resorts in its acquisitions of the management platform of Gateway Hospitality Group and the management agreements of 82 premium-branded, select and full-service hotels, plus one restaurant, from White Lodging
    • its acquisition of DecoPac from Snow Phipps Group
    • its acquisition of Senneca Holdings from Audax Private Equity
