  • Automatic Data Processing in the $235 million sale of its Consumer Health Spending Accounts and Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act businesses to WageWorks;
  • e+CancerCare, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, in its sale to Integrated Oncology Network;
  • Galls, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition by Charlesbank Capital Partners;
  • General Atlantic in its approximately $440 million sale of its ownership stake in TriNet Group to Atairos Group;
  • General Atlantic in its investment in Turbonomic;
  • Givaudan SA in its $340 million acquisition of the Spicetec Flavors & Seasonings business divested by ConAgra Foods;
  • Interstate Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, in its acquisitions of the management platform of Gateway Hospitality Group and the management agreements of 82 premium-branded, select and full-service hotels, plus one restaurant, from White Lodging;
  • Kohlberg & Company in its acquisition of Interstate Hotels & Resorts from Thayer Lodging and Jin Jiang International Hotels;
  • Kohlberg & Company in its acquisition of Senneca Holdings from Audax Private Equity;
  • KPS Capital Partners in the acquisition of United Copper Industries by Southwire Company;
  • ProAmpac, a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management, in its sale to the Pritzker Group Private Capital;
  • PPC Industries, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, in connection with Kohlberg's acquisition of Pexco from Odyssey Investment Partners. PPC merged with Pexco to create Spectrum Plastics Group;
  • Spectrum Plastics Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, in its sale to affiliates of AEA Investors;
  • Sumitomo Corporation in its joint investment with Brookfield Asset Management in 26 project companies involved in water and sewage services and industrial water treatment owned by Odebrecht Ambiental;
  • Summit Companies, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of A-1 National Fire Co.;
  • Thom Browne, head designer and equity holder of his menswear and womenswear brand, in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in the company by Sandbridge Capital from Stripe International, and in connection with the acquisition of the company by Ermenegildo Zegna Group;
  • Tradesmen International, a portfolio company of Wellspring Capital Management, in its acquisition by private equity funds affiliated with The Blackstone Group; and
  • Wilton Brands, a portfolio company of TowerBrook Capital Partners, in its acquisition by Dr. August Oetker KG.
