Kaisa Kuusk is a partner in the Corporate Department. Kaisa is based in the firm’s London office, where she focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public to private transactions and strategic joint ventures, typically representing private equity firms.

Kaisa has advised on a broad range of acquisitions as well as general corporate matters across Europe, including transactions involving target and/or portfolio companies in the United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal and Slovenia. Kaisa has extensive experience, in particular, on transactions in the European financial services sector, invariably involving complex regulatory capital and related issues.
