We are deeply saddened by the death of our retired partner and dear friend, Warren Rudman. From his military service in Korea to his two terms in the United States Senate to his exemplary public service in recent years, Warren was a true patriot. He honored our firm as our partner from 1993 until 2002, when he became Of Counsel, a position he held until his passing. During his tenure here, among many other contributions, Warren oversaw the conduct of major internal investigations of substantial corporations, and advised the boards of many companies, in all of which his reputation as a person of unwavering integrity, uncommon wisdom, impeccable judgment, and unquestioned credibility produced results beyond reproach. Warren was a joy to work with, always collegial, warm and supportive. We and the country will miss him.
