Andrew Finch and Tee St. Matthew-Daniel to Discuss Merger Enforcement at the American Bar Association’s 2024 Antitrust Spring Meeting

Litigation partners Andrew Finch and Tee St. Matthew-Daniel will speak at the American Bar Association’s 72nd Annual Antitrust Spring Meeting. On his panel, “How Does Merger Review Reform Impact Compliance,” Andrew will discuss the implications of the major recent revision to the U.S. merger guidelines and proposed changes to the HSR filing guidelines. On her panel, “Airline Mergers: Flying High or Flying Blind,” Tee will discuss the implications for the airline and transportation industries of recent DOJ enforcement actions regarding airline mergers and competitor collaborations. The ABA’s annual antitrust meeting is the world’s largest gathering for international antitrust, consumer protection and data privacy enforcers and professionals.

Andrew’s and Tee’s panels will take place on April 10 at 9 a.m. ET and 10:45 a.m. ET, respectively, in Washington.
