Litigation partners Lorin Reisner and Josh Hill will participate in panel discussions as part of the American Bar Association’s 2024 White Collar Crime conference.
Lorin will discuss the impact of two important mail/wire fraud cases that the U.S. Supreme Court decided last term, and how the Court’s approach to interpreting white collar criminal statutes affects federal fraud and corruption prosecutions going forward.
Josh will discuss the latest U.S. and global enforcement trends and policies related to the use of the money laundering statutes and civil asset forfeiture and discuss strategies for navigating the risks and challenges in this ever-evolving landscape.
