International Financial Law Review (IFLR) shortlisted Paul, Weiss across various categories in its 2024 IFLR Americas Awards. The firm is shortlisted in the “Team of the Year: Mergers and Acquisitions,” “Team of the Year: Private Equity” and “Team of the Year: Securitization and Structured Finance” categories. Additionally, the firm’s work was recognized on other shortlists, including in the “Deal of the Year: Private Equity” category, for General Atlantic and Dragoneer Investment Group’s take-private of Arco Platform; the “Deal of the Year: Securitization and Structured Finance” category, for the structured financing of Apollo’s acquisition of Credit Suisse Securitized Products Group assets; and the “Deal of the Year: Restructuring” category, for the successful emergence of Revlon from bankruptcy.
