Intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon and corporate partner Laura Turano will speak on “Fashion, Beauty, and Retail M&A” in a virtual Q&A event hosted by the Cardozo School of Law’s Fashion Law Society and Fashion, Arts, Media & Entertainment (FAME) Center and Fashion Law Society. Claudine, Laura and Evercore Managing Director Kerry Burke will discuss their experience counseling fashion, beauty and retail companies through mergers and acquisitions, and M&A trends across the industry.
