KPS Portfolio Company Acquires CWS Industries
Paul, Weiss advised International Equipment Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, LP, in its acquisition of CWS Industries (Mfg) Corp., a leading manufacturer of highly engineered attachment products, including tire manipulators, cable reelers, grapples, buckets and various large excavator attachments. The transaction, made through an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, is the fourth acquisition by International Equipment Solutions since its formation.
