Paul, Weiss advised certain entities managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. as the selling shareholders in an $881 million secondary public offering of 8,768,750 shares of TD SYNNEX Corporation common stock. TD SYNNEX is a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC acted as joint bookrunners and underwriters for the offering.
As part of the offering, TD SYNNEX repurchased 1,375,000 shares of common stock from the underwriters as part of the company’s existing share repurchase program.
