Brian Krause to Participate in at NYSBA’s Annual Tax Section Meeting

Tax partner Brian Krause will participate in a panel, “What’s on Corporate’s Plate,” at the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting 2022. The panel will discuss how the last two years of remote work have affected the IRS; how the IRS’s associate chief counsel has addressed prior guidance during this period; examine select corporate and consolidated return items on the 2021-2022 Priority Guidance Plan; and discuss select corporate items identified by NYSBA in its reports as needing guidance in the future, among other topics. Brian will be joined by moderator Lawrence Garrett, principal at EY LLP, Linda Swartz, tax group chair at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Robert Wellen, associate chief counsel of the IRS.

The virtual event will take place on January 19 at 9:15 a.m. ET.
