WILEF Seal 2023
  • In the American Lawyer's Diversity Scorecard, our 2024 composite score places us within the top 25% of the "Most Diverse Law Firms," with noted distinction for racial/ethnic diversity and LGBTQ+ diversity, and marks our leading presence in this category for 22 consecutive years, including two number-one rankings.
  • Recognized as a 2024 "Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity" by Seramount.
  • Ranked third among large law firms in the 2024 Law360 Pulse's Diversity Snapshot Report.
  • Awarded Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) annually since 2015 for our advancement of women lawyers. In 2023, Paul, Weiss was one of only 16 firms to have met all six of WILEF's criteria for the certification.
  • In 2024, listed in Bloomberg Law’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Framework. The annual framework recognizes select firms for their distinguished and transparent performance against six key criteria: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, marketing, and diversity and inclusion in the community.

  • In 2021, received National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Law Firm Diversity Award for actively, affirmatively and consistently recruiting, retaining and promoting Asian American Pacific Islander lawyers to equity partnership and firm leadership.
