Bloomberg Law recognized corporate partner Chelsea Darnell in its “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” series as one of the nation’s top lawyers under 40. The publication highlighted Chelsea’s work advising Keurig Dr Pepper on its $18.4 billion acquisition of JDE Peet’s and IonQ on a series of acquisitions and university partnerships.
“Real success for me comes from making every transaction (regardless of the size) as smooth as possible for our clients and building long-lasting relationships with them,” Chelsea says in an interview accompanying the recognition. “I know I have succeeded in that when the client entrusts me with their next matter.”
