Paul, Weiss Named a Finalist for Data Center Deal of the Year by TMT Finance

TMT Finance shortlisted Paul, Weiss in the “Data Center Deal of the Year – M&A” category as part of the publication’s annual EMEA awards. The firm was recognized for its role in the carve-out and sale to Apollo-managed infrastructure funds of STACK Infrastructure’s European colocation business, comprising seven data center assets across five European markets. The Paul, Weiss team advising Apollo was led by Annie Herdman. Final winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on January 29.
