GlobalData ranked Paul, Weiss the top legal advisor by deal value on technology, media and telecom mergers and acquisitions in the first half of the year. The data analytics and consulting firm reported that the firm has advised on $109.6 billion across 24 transactions, including three mega-deals valued at more than $10 billion each, among other multibillion-dollar deals.
