Paul, Weiss Wins Three FinanceAsia Achievement Awards

FinanceAsia recognized Paul, Weiss as a winner in three categories at its 2025 Achievement Awards. The firm was recognized in the “Best M&A Deal – Hong Kong” and “Best Property Deal – Hong Kong” categories for advising SSW Partners as the co-leader of a consortium in the $7.1 billion privatization of ESR Group Limited; and in the “Best Private Equity Deal – China Offshore” category for advising KKR on its acquisition of a majority stake in Dayao Beverages.

The awards recognize excellence across Asia-Pacific financial markets based on more than 1,000 submissions, and highlights law firms that have demonstrated exceptional performance in delivering superior market outcomes.
