Stefan Arnold-Soulby Named to The Lawyer’s 2026 “Hot 100” List 

The Lawyer recognized corporate partner Stefan Arnold-Soulby on its 2026 “Hot 100” list, which annually honors 100 of the leading legal professionals in the UK. The publication highlighted Stefan’s role as co-head of Paul, Weiss’s European sponsor finance and alternative credit group; central contributions in expanding the firm’s European leveraged finance platform and developing London’s hybrid capital solutions practice; and client achievements, including advising Daisy Group in its merger with Virgin Media O2, which created a business-to-business telecom company valued at roughly £3 billion, Investindustrial in its $2.9 billion acquisition of TreeHouse Foods and Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of leading UK business-to-business healthcare services provider Health Partners Group.
