Three Paul, Weiss Transactions Named 2025 Deals of the Year by China Business Law Journal

China Business Law Journal named three Paul, Weiss transactions “Deals of the Year” on its list of outstanding China-related transactions from 2025. The firm was recognized in the Equity Capital Markets category for advising Best Approach Development Limited in the privatization of Canvest Environmental Protection Group, and SSW Partners in the privatization of ESR Group Limited. Paul, Weiss was also recognized in the Private Equity/Venture Capital category for representing KKR in the acquisition of Dayao Beverages, a well-known Chinese carbonated drinks company.
