Apollo Partners With NVIDIA to Establish AI Compute Infrastructure Financing Platform

Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo on its strategic partnership with NVIDIA to establish an independent compute financing platform that is among the first of its kind on a global scale. The partnership is one of six such partnerships between NVIDIA and the world’s premier financial institutions. Together, they aim to mobilize over $500 billion of third-party capital for the buildout of AI infrastructure across NVIDIA’s ecosystem, including leading frontier AI labs, enterprises and AI clouds.
