BlackRock Long Term Private Capital to Sell Heywood Group

Paul, Weiss is advising BlackRock Long Term Private Capital, a BlackRock direct private equity strategy, on its sale of the Heywood Group to Pollen Street Capital and its portfolio company Keylane. Heywood is a UK-headquartered pension technology and software solutions company.
