Blackstone Makes Strategic Investment in Atlas Holdings

Paul, Weiss is advising Blackstone on a strategic minority investment by funds managed by the Blackstone GP Stakes platform, alongside Blue Owl Capital Inc. and its GP Strategic Capital platform, in private equity firm Atlas Holdings. Atlas owns and operates 30 companies across the industrial, manufacturing and distribution sectors that generate a collective $26 billion in revenues each year. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Matthew Collin, Udi Grofman, David Hepp and Nicholas Olson, and includes partners Timothy Cruickshank, Steven Kaye, Marian Shin and Jennifer Songer; tax partners Reuven Garrett and Kiran Sheffrin; and environmental partner Stefanie Gitler.
