EP Global Commerce Announces Public Offer for Metro AG

Paul, Weiss advised EP Global Commerce GmbH, an investment company controlled by Daniel Křetínský, on the financing and structuring aspects of its €2 billion public offer for Germany-based Metro AG, a leading international food wholesaler.
