EXA Infrastructure Acquires Aqua Comms

Paul, Weiss advised I Squared Capital and its portfolio company EXA Infrastructure, one of the largest dedicated digital infrastructure platforms in Europe, on the acquisition of Aqua Comms, an Ireland-based specialist operator of transatlantic and intra-European subsea infrastructure. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Will Aitken-Davies and included partner Rohan Dey, counsel Antony Freeman, and tax partners Timothy Lowe and Deeksha Rathi.
