EXA Infrastructure Acquires Aqua Comms

Paul, Weiss advised I Squared Capital and its portfolio company EXA Infrastructure, one of the largest dedicated digital infrastructure platforms in Europe, on the acquisition of Aqua Comms, an Ireland-based specialist operator of transatlantic and intra-European subsea infrastructure. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, partner Rohan Dey, counsel Antony Freeman, and tax partners Timothy Lowe and Deeksha Rathi.
