H.I.G. Capital to Acquire TERRAS Group

Paul, Weiss is advising H.I.G. Capital on the acquisition by one of its affiliates of a majority stake in TERRAS Group, a Germany-headquartered provider of infrastructure engineering and construction services across the mobility, energy, digital, water and urban development sectors in the DACH region. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Neel Sachdev, Kanesh Balasubramiam and Marco Bagnato.
