La Doria Completes Private Placement of Senior Secured Notes

Paul, Weiss advised La Doria S.p.A., a portfolio company of Investindustrial and a leading European supplier of Italian specialty shelf-stable private label products, on the U.S. and English law aspects of its issuance and private placement of €50 million of senior secured floating rate notes due 2030 to certain institutional investors.

Proceeds from the private placement, together with cash on hand, will be used to fund the acquisition of Solana Società Agricola S.p.A.
