TA Associates Invests in Oxane Partners

Paul, Weiss is advising TA Associates on the financing aspects of its strategic growth investment in Oxane Partners, a leading technology-driven solutions provider to the private credit industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Neel Sachdev, Kanesh Balasubramaniam and Matthew Wilson; and tax partners Timothy Lowe and Jamie Chambers.
