Adam Hoeflich to Moderate Two Panels at Rabiej Litigation Law Center Summit

Litigation partner Adam Hoeflich will moderate two panels at the Rabiej Litigation Law Center’s Mass-Tort MDL Bench-Bar Leadership Summit at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. The first panel will address major barriers to AI in e-discovery; the second will examine “docket-control” orders that impose medical-record and proof-of-injury deadlines in mass-tort multidistrict litigations, with noncompliance resulting in dismissal with prejudice.

The summit will take place in Chicago on July 16. Adam’s panels will start at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. CT, respectively.
