Litigation partner Alison Benedon will present a webinar, “Class Certification: Navigating Scrutiny of Expert Methodologies for Classwide Damages Models,” hosted by U.S. legal education company Barbri. The program will examine recent developments in class action litigation and the increasing judicial scrutiny of damages models used to support class certification. Alison and her fellow panelists will discuss challenges to classwide damages models based on economic, statistical and methodological issues, as well as the impact of those challenges on certification requirements.
