Corporate partner Caitlin Melchior spoke on a panel, “Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the Private Funds Context in 2026” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Advanced Issues in Private Funds program, which took place in New York on July 14. Caitlin’s panel explored how private equity and private credit firms, and their outside counsel are using AI tools in their day-to-day practice, from fund formation and document drafting to diligence review, portfolio company support and regulatory compliance.
