Chris Boehning to Speak at German Bar Association Symposium

Litigation partner Christopher Boehning will speak at the German Bar Association’s “Law – Made in Germany Symposium: With Regard to Collective Redress.” Chris will discuss class actions in the United States as the German Bar Association seeks to learn from the experiences in the U.S., U.K., and Netherlands in considering collective redress legislation under review in Germany. Chris will speak on September 28 at 6 a.m. EST.
