Chris Kaoutzanis to Participate in AMF Securities Summit Seminar

Corporate partner Chris Kaoutzanis will discuss U.S. securities law developments at the AMF Securities Summit — the 34th Annual Seminar for Lawyers Specializing in Securities. The summit is organized by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), which is Quebec’s financial markets authority.

The summit will take place outside of Montreal on November 20.
