Litigation partner Daniel Reich will take part in a panel, “M&A Arbitrations and Geopolitical Risk,” as part of the 8th Annual International Arbitration Conference organized by the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Carey Law School International Arbitration Association. The panel will address the impact of geopolitical developments on planning for and resolution of cross-border M&A disputes in international arbitration. Daniel will focus on procedural and substantive issues arising from geopolitical conflicts and evolving economic statecraft, such as sanctions and export controls.
The conference will take place at Penn Carey Law’s Levy Conference Center on April 3. Daniel’s panel will be at 2:30 p.m. ET.
