Tax partner Deeksha Rathi will co-chair a panel, “Tax-onomy of a Restructuring,” at the International Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Conference. The panel will discuss tax issues and potential pitfalls arising in international corporate and financial restructurings, including those involving distressed assets and outdated holding and financing structures.
The conference will take place in Copenhagen, October 4-9. Deeksha’s panel will begin on October 8 at 9:30 a.m. CEST.
