Antitrust partner Djordje Petkoski and litigation counsel Sam Kleiner will participate in the ABA’s 2026 International Law Section Annual Conference. Djordje’s panel, “Collaboration or Cartel? Navigating ESG Alliances Amid Legal and Political Challenges,” will focus on how to align antitrust compliance and collaborations structured around environmental, social and governance criteria. Sam’s panel, “Waves of Change: The Global State of AML Regulation,” will discuss U.S. efforts to modernize anti-money laundering regulations and related global trends.
The conference will take place in Washington, D.C. on May 12-14. Sam’s panel is on May 13 at 4:30 p.m. ET and Djordje’s panel is on May 14 at 8:30 a.m. ET. Both sessions offer CLE credit.
