Flora Go to Discuss Fund Financing Solutions at ABA Business Law Spring Meeting

Head of Fund Finance Flora Go will participate in a panel, “A Primer on Fund Financing Secondary Solutions,” at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Spring Meeting 2025. The panel will serve as a primer on different forms of secondaries transactions, including general partner and limited partner led secondaries and associated financings, management company and general partner financings, and other fund liquidity solutions. It will also cover the economic and legal drivers shaping the market for these transactions.

Flora’s panel will take place in New Orleans on April 24 at 4 p.m. CT/5 p.m. ET.
