Litigation partner Ian Richardson will speak on a panel, “Cybersecurity and National Security,” at Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response Forum West. The panel will discuss recent trends in national security cyber threats, the challenges of responding to cyber incidents involving nation-state threat actors, and cooperating with law enforcement and intelligence agencies to respond effectively to these incidents. The panel will also explore recent regulatory developments that could create opportunities for the private sector to proactively disrupt cyber threats in coordination with the government.
