Corporate partner John Cavanagh will participate in a webinar, “Form ADV Part 2 and 3: Identifying and Disclosing Conflicts,” as part of a professional development course associated with the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional and Investment Adviser Core Compliance programs, which are co-sponsored by Comply Technologies and the Investment Adviser Association. The panelists will discuss Form ADV requirements, with a particular focus on identifying and disclosing conflicts.
