Kyle Seifried to Participate in Harvard Corporate Governance Roundtable

Corporate partner Kyle Seifried will speak at Harvard Law School’s 2022 Corporate Governance Roundtable. The program aims to contribute to discourse, policy making and education with respect to current issues in corporate governance. Topics will include the SEC’s proposed climate disclosure and beneficial ownership rules and hedge fund activism.

The event will take place in Cambridge, Massachusetts on June 14 and 15.
