Leticia Ossa Daza to Discuss Future of Private Equity in Latin America at IBA Conference

Latin America Practice Chair Leticia Ossa Daza will participate in a panel, “The Future of Private Equity: Evaluating and Improving Legal Structures in Latin America,” at the Biennial International Bar Association Latin American Regional Forum. The session will explore the future landscape of private equity, the impact of digital transformation and the shift in investment strategies in response to global economic pressures, among other topics.

Leticia’s panel will take place in Lima, Peru, on March 20 at 12:45 p.m. ET.
