Corporate partners Lindsey Wiersma and Anusha Simha will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s 27th Annual Private Equity Forum. As co-chair of the event, Lindsey will deliver opening remarks and speak on a panel, “Retailization in the Private Equity Marketplace,” which will examine the key regulatory constraints, operational complexities and strategies firms need to navigate the accelerating trend toward broader retail participation. Anusha will speak on “Fund Terms and Market Trends in 2026,” which will explore how private equity fund terms are evolving, including fundraising challenges and the key market trends attorneys are seeing across today’s private equity landscape.
The two-day event will take place in New York City, April 27-28; Anusha’s panel is on April 27 at 9:15 a.m. ET and Lindsey’s panel is on April 28 at 11:30 a.m. ET.
