Nicole Kar to Speak at GRR Women in Restructuring Summit

Global Antitrust Department Co-Head Nicole Kar will take part in a panel discussion, “Implementation Under Pressure: Antitrust, Restructuring Plans, Liability Management Exercises and the New Restructuring Playbook,” at the 2026 GRR Live: Women in Restructuring Summit. Nicole’s session will examine how heightened antitrust scrutiny, intercreditor tensions and evolving restructuring plan and liability management strategies are reshaping the execution of complex restructurings across jurisdictions.

The conference, co-sponsored by Paul, Weiss, will be held in London on June 25. Nicole’s panel will start at 11:45 a.m.
