Litigation partner Nicole Succar will moderate a discussion on critical developments in sanctions at the American Conference Institute’s New York Forum on Economic Sanctions. Nicole will lead a discussion with Lawrence Scheinert, OFAC Associate Director for Compliance & Enforcement, regarding OFAC's policy and enforcement priorities. She will also moderate a panel, "Planning for the Unexpected: Managing Conflicts of Law, Reassessing Exposure and Preparing for New Policy Twists and Turns,” which will focus on the challenges navigating and managing Russia-related sanctions exposure amid the current complex state of US-Russia relations.
The conference will take place in New York, December 3 to 4.
