Litigation counsel Sam Kleiner will participate in a panel, “Resolving Ethical Dilemmas in the Context of Sanctions Compliance Decision-Making,” at the American Conference Institute’s 16th annual AML & Sanctions Compliance for the Insurance Industry Conference. Sam’s panel will discuss legal and ethical considerations for in-house sanctions and compliance lawyers and will provide practical guidance on best practices.
The conference will take place in New York on March 3 and 4. Sam’s panel, which will offer CLE credit, will take place on March 4 at 4 p.m. ET.
