Sean Mitchell and Kyle Satterfield to Speak at Wilmington University Bankruptcy Workshop

Capital solutions and restructuring partners Sean Mitchell and Kyle Satterfield will participate in the Wilmington University Restructuring Institute’s Introduction to Bankruptcy Workshop. Sean’s session, “Debtor-in-Possession Financing and Cash Collateral,” will cover the process of obtaining credit after filing a bankruptcy petition. Kyle’s panel, “Preparation For, and Filing, a Chapter 11 Case,” will focus on pre-filing considerations and what to expect the day a petition is filed.

The workshop will take place virtually and in Wilmington, Delaware, September 14-15. Kyle’s panel will start at 10 a.m. on September 14; Sean’s will begin at 2 p.m. ET the same day.
