Debt Capital Solutions Chair Sung Pak will speak on a panel, “Lender-on-Lender Violence,” as a part of the International Bar Association’s 41st International Financial Law Conference. The panel will explore U.S., European and cross-border perspectives on how uptiers, dropdowns, distressed disposals and co-operation agreements are being deployed and challenged across jurisdictions.
The conference will take place in Madrid, May 6-8. Sung’s panel will begin on May 8 at 3:45 p.m. CEST.
