An associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group, Abby represents parties in complex civil and criminal matters in federal and state courts. Her work includes several merits cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and additional cases at the certiorari stage. Abby has argued cases before two federal courts of appeals and has represented clients before several others. Her appellate work has touched on issues involving constitutional, antitrust, administrative and securities law, and federal court procedure.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Abby served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice. She previously worked as a certified public accountant, specializing in external audit at a national accounting firm.
